The meat was fine, nothing to complain about there. The seafood, though, was kind of hit or miss, sometimes fresh, sometimes making me wonder if it had been on a little vacation before hitting my plate...

My delivery showed up and, from what I remember ordering, most of it was right. A couple items were swapped out without much of a heads-up, though, which was kind of frustrating since I had meals planned around those exact things. Not the worst experience, but definitely a little annoying.

I usually have a decent experience at Thrifty Foods, but this visit just felt a bit off. I wasn’t expecting anything special, it just didn’t feel very welcoming.

The cashier barely said hello and seemed kind of irritated when I asked about a price. I also tried to ask another staff member where something was, they walked right past me like they didn’t hear or didn’t want to stop.

The store itself was fine and I found most of what I needed, but the customer service could definitely be better. I don’t need everyone to be overly cheerful, just a little basic politeness would go a long way.

I had a small issue with my online order, but the customer service team was really easy to deal with. They got back to me quick, around the same day, and fixed everything without making it feel like a big hassle. The person I spoke with was friendly too, which definitely makes me feel better about ordering from thriftyfoods.com again.

The produce here is sorta hit or miss in my experience. The apples I got were nice and fresh, but the lettuce went bad quickly. Prices are okay, I just wish the quality was a little more consistent.

Everything was fresh this time, and I’ve got no complaints. Happy with it.

I’ve ordered from Thrifty Foods delivery quite a few times now, it’s been mostly smooth. The groceries usually show up within the delivery window, the drivers are friendly enough, and nothing has ever arrived in terrible shape or anything like that.

Then out of nowhere, one order was late and I was fully ready to be annoyed. But they actually gave me a heads-up, so it ended up being fine. The bags were packed properly, the cold stuff was still cold, and while it’s not flawless, it’s reliable enough that I still keep using it.

I’ve been saving a decent amount on groceries with the weekly promos. I usually check them before I shop, paying full price for some of this stuff feels unnecessary now

I got the wrong item in my order and had to send it back, and the refund process was just way too slow. Customer service did respond, but they were slow, really slow, and I had to keep checking in. I followed up twice just to get things moving, which was annoying. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the waiting and the back-and-forth really got old.

The store was fine for what I needed, but I definitely noticed the shelves and carts looked kind of messy. The floors were mostly clean, so that was good, but I would’ve had a better experience if everything felt a bit more organized while I was shopping.

I chose pickup because I thought it would be quicker and easier, but it was more of a hassle than just going in and shopping myself. I waited around with no clear signs telling me where to go, the staff seemed confused, and after all that my order still wasn’t ready. The whole point of pickup is convenience, and this was the opposite. At this point, I’d expect some kind of compensation or credit for the time I wasted

I just ordered from Thrifty Foods again recently, and that last shop kind of reminded me why I keep using them. The prices seemed fair compared to other grocery sites I’ve tried, and I found a few decent deals too. It’s not the absolute cheapest option out there, but the quality was good for what I paid, and not having to make the trip to the store was a big plus.

I’ve stopped by this bakery a few times, and overall it’s good. The bread is usually fresh, which is what you’d expect from a bakery, of course. The cakes are okay, but I do think they could be a bit better in terms of flavor and texture. Still, it’s a decent spot if you’re grabbing something simple

I really like Thrifty Foods, but their mobile app is not it lol. It freezes often when I’m trying to add things to my cart, and sometimes the sale prices don’t show up right away, which is super annoying.

Checkout feels a bit clunky too, and last time I had to sign in twice for some reason. It works sometimes, but for grocery shopping, it should be way smoother imo
